Initial Stage of Treatment: The initial Celexa dosage (Generic Name: citalopram hydrobromide) is 20 mg once daily.
Celexa dosage should be consumed once daily, however, it may be taken in the morning or evening, prior to or after consuming food. Celexa dosage can be increased by 40 mg per day. Increase in Celexa dosage should normally occur in intervals of no less than one week, and the same should be in increments of 20 mg. Celexa dosage form: tablets and oral solution.
